Brandon Shepard
Vice President of Finance, Controller
Mr. Shepard is our Vice President of Finance and Controller, who joined us in August 2024. Brandon has extensive experience in financial management, cost accounting, strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. He holds a Masters of Professional Accounting and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Brandon is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA).
Jason Johnson
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Johnson has served as our Vice President of Sales since October 2022. He has been with Encision since 2016. He served as our Regional Sales Director from 2016 until 2021 and National Sales Director from 2021 until 2022. Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the medical arena. Mr. Johnson has a background in marketing, sales, and communications. He holds a B.S. in Communications/Marketing from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
Pete Geary
Director of Strategic Integration
Mr. Geary has served as our Chief Operating Officer since February 2019. He has been with Encision, serving as VP of Operations, since April 2017. Prior to joining Encision, Pete held leadership and management positions in Operations, Engineering and R&D with Covidien/Medtronic, Medical Products Solutions, Sound Surgical and Valleylab. He has 25 years of Medical Device industry experience including 11 years working with energy based devices. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University and an MBA from Rockhurst University.
Danielle Kaessner
Director of RAQA & Operations
Ms. Kaessner has served as the Director of RAQA & Operations since 2025. She began her career with Encision in Operations in 2008 before moving to the RAQA department in 2019. She successfully led the effort to earn MDSAP certification for Encision in 2023. She has a B.A. from Xavier University.
